Emergency Booklets
The Emergency Medical Information Booklets are available through The Seniors in Focus Project on 4194 2441 for a gold coin donation. There are a number of other outlets throughout town where you can pick one up from. These booklets are a joint project between the Rotary Club of Hervey Bay City, the Fraser Coast Regional Council and Queensland Ambulance.

They are a useful booklet that is encouraged to be left on your fridge for easy access by emergency services. They provide a simple format to store information about your current medical situation and medications.

It is also important to remember to update the information as your situation changes and it is also useful to keep one with you when travelling around or visiting Doctors so that you have this information on hand and the Doctor can change to ensure that the information is correct and matches their records.

The booklets are also available to organisations to distribute please contact the Seniors Project Officer to discuss costs and availability.
