‘What’s In The Water’ Feature Film
DVD’s still available!
If you missed an opportunity to see The Rolling Bones Players Feature Film –‘ What’s in The Water’ then don’t despair as we have DVD’s available at a cost of $10.00 each and available at the Halcro Street Community Centre.
The Rolling Bones Players are a Seniors Drama Group with it’s members having an average age of 80 years. The group were involved in all aspects of this project including the idea, writing the script, props, choosing location settings and finding the technical support (keith) who did a wonderful job of bringing it all together. The story line is about a group of nursing home residents in Alice Springs who receive a mystical package from Hervey Bay containing special water. Once drinking the water they gain a new lease of life and decide to flee the nursing home and take them selves on holidays to the wonderful Hervey Bay. The film follows their antics while on holidays with the Matron in hot pursuit. It also showcases what we have available here on the Fraser Coast.
There are lot’s of laughs and fun so well worth a watch!
